Different in nature

1. Cast aluminum: It is a process method in which aluminum in a molten state is poured into a mold and cooled to form an aluminum part of the required shape. Aluminum used for cast aluminum.

2. All aluminum (aluminum alloy): It is the most widely used non-ferrous metal structural material in the industry.

Different process methods

1. Cast aluminum: After preparing pure aluminum or aluminum alloy ingots according to the standard composition ratio, it is artificially heated to turn it into aluminum alloy liquid or molten state, and then the aluminum liquid or molten aluminum is processed through a professional mold or corresponding process. The alloy is poured into the cavity and cooled to form an aluminum part of the required shape.

2. All aluminum (aluminum alloy): Aluminum and aluminum alloy can be smelted in various ways.
